Submetering, is the process in which the end-user pays for what they use, specifically a utility that was included with the rent or HOA payment. At, MRL Services our goal is to provide both the property owner and the end-user the best submetering experience possible. Since 1991, in our attempt to bring the best submetering experience possible we have expanded into a total of 15 states and send nearly 250,000 bills annually. We were one of the first companies to provide full service submetering, and today we still provide water, electricity, natural gas, and even HVAC submetering services.
