Monthly Automatic Withdrawal:

A statement will be sent each month to you stating your current amount owed. MRL Services will automatically withdraw this amount, at no additional charge on the due date each month unless instructed by the cardholder, property manager or card issuing company instructs MRL Services otherwise. Card members must agree to pay their balance under the normal and customary conditions of the card issuer. MRL Services reserves the right to make this withdrawal on the closest business day prior to the due date when the due date falls on a holiday or weekend.

**Automatic Withdrawal is not available to commercial accounts.

One Time Withdrawal:

MRL Service customers are permitted to make payments online, via credit card using this service. Payments are posted the same business day on all payments received before 3:00 P.M. C.S.T. during normal business days. Payments received after 3:00 P.M. C.S.T. or on Weekends and Holidays will be posted the next business day. A processing fee of $3.30 will be DEDUCTED from your utility payment for this process.

**Commercial accounts will be charged 10% of the total due in place of the $3.30 processing charge.

By making a payment to MRL Services you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. You are an authorized user of the credit card that you are about to use.
2. You agree to make payments under the terms and conditions of the credit issuer.
3. A fee of $10.00 will be applied to accounts that have this card payment rejected, payments will be attempted twice. The fee will be applied for each attempt.
4. Payments for less then the full amount due are not accepted as payment in full.
